Your CACI Microlift Is Faulty

If your CACI Microlift develops a fault within the warranty period:

Please first read the troubleshooting section of the User Guide as it may be a problem that can be easily resolved

If you need further assistance then email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com indicating your name, order number, date of purchase and the nature of the problem with as full description as possible. Remember to include your telephone contact details. Depending on the nature of the fault we will either send you email instructions to try and resolve the problem or, we will contact you to take you through a telephone diagnostic.

If the problem cannot be resolved:

Don’t worry, if your CACI Microlift develops a fault within the warranty period, we will organise for your CACI Microlift to be either replaced or repaired. If your CACI Microlift has developed a fault within 21 days of delivery then you may return it and claim a full refund.

How do I return my faulty CACI Microlift?

1. Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com indicating your name, order number, date of purchase and the nature of the problem with as full description as possible. Remember to include your telephone contact details

2. We will send you an email with a Returns Authorisation Form and Courier Waybill attached to the email.

3. Print the Returns Authorisation Form and place it inside the parcel being returned. Print the Courier Waybill and attach it to the outside of the parcel. Please ensure the item(s) being returned are in their original packaging and placed securely inside a protective box to avoid damage to the item(s) and/or its packaging during transit.

4. Once the parcel is ready to be collected email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com with the address where the parcel is to be collected from. Please ensure to include your name, telephone number and order number in the email. If we receive your email by 3pm then we will arrange for a courier (normally UPS) to collect the parcel the following working day between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If your email is received after 3pm, collection will take place 2 working days from receipt of your email.

5. We will inspect your items as soon as we receive them and will replace any items found to be defective.

 

Your Order Has Missing Items

If your order has missing items then you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com indicating your name, telephone number, order number, date of purchase and specify which items are missing.

We will then check our records and if any items are found to be missing we will send these to you together with an email confirmation.

 

Your Order Has Damaged Items

If your order has damaged items then you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com indicating your name, telephone number, order number, date of purchase and specify which items are damaged.

We will then contact you to arrange collection and upon receipt we will replace and damaged items.

How do I return my damaged items ?

1. Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com indicating your name, telephone number, order number, date of purchase and specify which items are damaged.

2. We will send you an email with a Returns Authorisation Form and Courier Waybill attached to the email.

3. Print the Returns Authorisation Form and place it inside the parcel containing the damaged items being returned. Print the Courier Waybill and attach it to the outside of the parcel. Please ensure the items being returned are in their original packaging and placed securely inside a protective box to avoid damage to the items and/or its packaging during transit.

4. Once the parcel is ready to be collected email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com with the address where the parcel is to be collected from. Please ensure to include your name and order number in the email. If we receive your email by 3pm then we will arrange for a courier (normally UPS) to collect the parcel the following working day between the hours of 10am and 5pm. If your email is received after 3pm, collection will take place 2 working days from receipt of your email.

5. We will inspect your items as soon as we receive them, we will replace any damaged items damaged.

 

You Have Changed Your Mind And Wish To Cancel Your Order

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order or return any items, we’re happy to give a refund provided the following conditions are satisfied:

• You notify us by email at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com within 7 days following the day of delivery that you wish to cancel your order or return items.

• The goods are returned in “as new” condition, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging along with all related items supplied.

• Hygiene seals have not been broken on any items.

Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them

How do I return my order/items?

1. Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com advising that you wish to cancel your order or return items please remember to include your name, telephone number, order number, date of purchase.

2. We will send you an acknowledgement email with a Returns Authorisation Form attached.

3. Print the Returns Authorisation Form and place it inside the parcel being returned. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and placed inside a suitable protective box to prevent damage to the items and/or their packaging during transit.

4. You are responsible for returning the items to the returns address indicated on the Returns Authorisation Form within 10 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.

5. We recommend that you return the items using a traceable postage method e.g. recorded delivery and that you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

6. Upon receipt of the returned items we will inspect them for damage or use and if satisfied with their condition we will within 30 days provide a refund to the payment card or relevant payment method used for your purchase.

 

You Wish To Cancel Or Amend Your Order Before Delivery

If you’ve changed your mind about the items you’ve purchased and want to cancel or amend your order before your delivery then:

Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com indicating your name, telephone number, order number, date of purchase advising that you wish to cancel or amend your order.

If we are able to cancel or amend your order before despatch then we will send you a confirmation email advising that your order has been cancelled or amended. You will receive a refund for any cancelled items. We will within 30 days provide a refund to the payment card or relevant payment method used for your purchase.

If your order has already been despatched then please refuse delivery of your cancelled order or return them to us at your cost following the returns procedure outlined under “You have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order” section above.

 

Returning Items From Outside Of UK Mainland

Customers from outside of Mainland UK shall in all circumstances be responsible for the return of items.

How do I return my CACI Microlift?

1. Email us at customerservice@cacimicrolift.com please remember to include your name, order number, date of purchase.

2. We will send you an acknowledgement email with a Returns Authorisation Form attached.

3. Print the Returns Authorisation Form and place it inside the parcel being returned. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and placed inside a suitable protective box to prevent damage to the items and/or their packaging during transit.

4. You are responsible for returning the items to the returns address indicated on the Returns Authorisation Form.

5. We recommend that you return the items using a traceable postage method and that you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

6. If the items are being returned because they are damaged or faulty and on inspection they are determined to be faulty or damaged then CACI Microlift Limited will replace those items and return them at our cost and on presentation of an original postage receipt will refund the cost of your return postage up to a maximum of £25.00 (GBP).

CACI Microlift Limited reserves the right to refuse delivery of returns sent from outside of Mainland UK if any applicable duties and taxes have not been pre-paid by the sender. If delivery is accepted then CACI Microlift Limited shall have the right to recharge the sender any additional costs incurred that are associated with the receipt of the returned items. Such costs will be deducted from any refunds due, where a refund is not applicable, such costs must be paid before any items are replaced or repaired.

 

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed within 30 days to the payment card or relevant payment method used for your purchase subject to any applicable deductions.

 

General Disclaimer

CACI Microlift Limited reserves the right to not replace or refund items which are returned to us in a damaged state, where damage has not been previously notified to us within the required 48 hour notification period.

CACI Microlift Limited reserves the right to not replace or repair items that have been damaged through misuse or neglect or failure to follow the correct usage procedures detailed in the User Guide.

CACI Microlift Limited reserves the right to not refund items that have been used or where hygiene seals have been broken.

CACI Microlift Limited shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to returned items during transit.

Replacement of items under warranty shall be limited only to those items that have been returned to us and where a fault is found.

Faulty items shall be replaced with the same model or if no longer available shall be replaced with the latest comparable model.

Where items are faulty the carriage cost for collecting and sending replacement items shall be borne by CACI Microlift Limited (subject to a £25.00 (GBP) limit for returns from outside of UK Mainland).

Items that have been returned where no fault is found or consumables returned to us that have been opened or consumed shall be returned to the sender in the same condition that they were received subject to the purchaser paying a returns delivery charge of £11.98 (GBP).

Where no fault can be found the sender shall be liable to pay a returns delivery charge of £11.98 (GBP) to cover the cost of the original collection and return of the items. The charge will need to be paid before any non-faulty items can be returned.
